Here's what to expect at a real estate investor meeting:
All times Pacific. Doors open at 3:45 PM. Come for one block or stay for all three.
What would you pay? What would make you walk?
Members and guests bring live deals to the table. The room works through comps, numbers, and exit strategies. You hear what investors would pay and why, with the property in front of the room instead of a lesson left in theory.
From 5 to 6 PM, dinner and networking have their own place in the evening. Meet local investors, lenders, contractors, wholesalers, landlords, and agents.
Keep talking about the deal discussion or start a new conversation. No need to squeeze every introduction into the doorway.
From 6 to 7 PM Pacific, one speaker teaches one practical real estate investing skill. A focused teaching block, with a clear subject to dig into.
Check the events calendar to see what's coming up and plan your visit around the topic.
