These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other products and services—including email services, trainings, events, marketing services, review and message boards, and communication tools (collectively, the “Services”)—provided by FIRE CENTER LLC (“FIRE Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By clicking to accept these Terms, creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms—including the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver in Section 19—do not access or use the Services.
Additional terms may apply to specific features or services. If there is a conflict, the additional terms will control for that feature or service.

1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms, and that they agree to be responsible for any violation of these Terms.
2. Accounts; Security; Electronic Communications
Certain Services require an account. You agree to:

Promptly notify us of unauthorized access
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your account and Services. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such notices be in writing.
3. Privacy
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, available separately.
4. Services; User Content; License
You may create, upload, store, and share content through the Services (“Marketing Content”).
You retain ownership of your Marketing Content. By using the Services, you grant FIRE Center a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your Marketing Content as necessary to operate and improve the Services.
We may internally review and use content to:

Detect abuse or technical issues
Contact Data
If you upload contact information (“Contact Data”), you authorize us to process it solely to provide the Services, ensure compliance, and maintain system integrity.
We may disclose Contact Data:
To service providers
As part of a business transaction
To comply with law or legal process
To prevent fraud or harm
We maintain a Global Exclusion List to honor opt-out and legal compliance requests.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
Violate laws or third-party rights
Harass, impersonate, or deceive
Access accounts without authorization
Reverse engineer or scrape the Services
Interfere with Service operations
Send unauthorized communications
Circumvent security or access controls
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
6. Terms of Sale
6.1 Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We may modify pricing or plans at any time.
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel via your account dashboard. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
6.3 One-Time Purchases
Certain products may be offered as standalone purchases and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6.4 Free Trials
Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
6.5 Payment Authorization
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by FIRE Center (“FIRE Center Content”) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may include third-party content or integrations. We do not control or endorse third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
Domain purchases are facilitated through Cloudflare, Inc., subject to ICANN rules and applicable transfer restrictions.
9. Feedback
Any feedback you submit becomes the sole property of FIRE Center, with unrestricted rights to use it without compensation.
10. Publicity
You grant FIRE Center permission to identify you as a customer and to use your name, logo, or marks in marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIRE Center and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
FIRE CENTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES.
15. Release
You release FIRE Center from claims arising out of disputes with other users or third parties and waive California Civil Code §1542.
16. Data Processing and International Transfers
You consent to processing and storage of data in the United States and other jurisdictions.
17. Export Control and Anti-Corruption
You agree to comply with all export, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.
18. U.S. Government Use
The Services are commercial items as defined under applicable federal regulations.
19. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
All disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Riverside County, California, under JAMS rules—no class actions permitted.

20. Governing Law
California law governs these Terms. Venue lies exclusively in Riverside County, California.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
22. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
23. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of these Terms.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FIRE Center and supersede all prior agreements.
25. Mobile Applications; App Store & Google Play Terms
If you access the Services through a mobile application (“App”), the following apply:
These Terms are an agreement between you and FIRE CENTER LLC, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Any claims related to the App (product liability, legal compliance, IP infringement) are solely between you and FIRE Center.
Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

Disclaimer
FIRE Center LLC, “The FIRE Center”, it’s owners, shareholders, managers, members, speakers, volunteers, etc. does not give legal, tax, economic, or investment advice. The FIRE Center disclaims all liability for the action or inaction taken or not taken as a result of communications from or to its members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, guests, attendees, or anyone else. Each person should consult their own counsel, accountant and other advisors as to legal, tax, economic, investment, and related matters concerning real estate and other investments.
Due Dilgence
The FIRE Center is an open format forum that does no screening or background check of any kind of attendees. Attendees are expected to verify any and all assumptions regarding business and/or investment decisions to prevent falling victim to fraud, misrepresentations and illegal practices.
CROWD RELEASE/NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
By entering the FIRE Center, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording will occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the FIRE Center and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
Attendee Code of Conduct
Attendee’s should always conduct business in a a professional manner and shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices or defrauding other attendees, customers, and/or associates. Harassment in any form, including bullying, intimidation or disparaging comments related to gender, gender identity or appearance, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, political views, or affiliation will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the event.
If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not attend.
