What happens at the FIRE Center

Every Wednesday. Plus the classes that go deeper.

The Wednesday meeting is the room. Three hours, every week, in Riverside. The classes and workshops are where members go deeper on specific skills — flips, creative finance, ADUs, mobile homes, lending, structuring. This page is what's on the calendar.

Three blocks back to back. Come for one or stay for all three. First visit is free.

Deal Room3:30 – 5 PMMembers and guests bring live deals. We pull them apart at the table. Comps, numbers, exit strategies, what you'd pay, what you'd walk from. Real properties, real money on the line.
Power Hour5 – 6 PMDinner and networking. This is where introductions happen. You meet the lender, the contractor, the wholesaler, the operator you've been trying to find for six months. The room runs on relationships.
FOCUS6 – 7:30 PMThe teaching block. Each week zeroes in on one skill: creative finance, flips, rentals, structuring offers, reading a market. Whatever the room needs that week.

Classes and workshops.

Once or twice a month, we run a longer-format members only class or hands-on workshop on a specific skill. Taught by active investors, not career educators. Recent topics have included creative finance, flips, ADUs, mobile homes, and lending. The Wednesday FOCUS block is the appetizer; these are the deep dives.

Seats are members-only and fill fast. Recordings of past sessions can be purchased separately if you can't make it live.

Attendee Code of Conduct. Attendees should always conduct business in a professional manner and shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices or defrauding other attendees, customers, and/or associates.
