The conversation behind the conversation. Where would I put $50K right now? What deal did I just pass on, and why? What would I never touch again? This is where it gets real.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.

Attendee Code of Conduct. Attendees should always conduct business in a professional manner and shall refrain from engaging in any illegal practices or defrauding other attendees, customers, and/or associates. Harassment in any form, including bullying, intimidation or disparaging comments related to gender, gender identity or appearance, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, political views, or affiliation will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the event.
