Here is how the speed networking works:
- You join a hosted table with a group of about five people.
- Each person gets a short round to introduce themselves, share what they are working on, and explain who they want to meet.
- When the round ends, everyone rotates to another table.
- You repeat the process with a new group of investors.
You meet more people without forcing awkward introductions or getting trapped in one conversation all night.
By the end, you will know who is buying, who is lending, who is building, who has experience you can learn from, and who you should talk to again.

The SoCal Investor Networking Expo runs from 6 to 8 PM on select Wednesday nights at the FIRE Center.
The Deal Room still runs from 4 to 5 PM on Expo night. We use the hour after it to reset the room.

No. The Expo is held at the FIRE Center in Riverside. It is built for investors from Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the rest of Southern California who want to meet outside their normal local circle.
Because this is not an open room where you are left to figure everything out yourself. Hosted tables, small groups, short rounds, and planned rotations help you meet more investors in one night. Dinner and cocktails are part of the Expo too.
No membership is required for your first visit. Your first event is free.
Yes. Plenty of people do. First-time guests receive a green dot on their name tag so regulars know to introduce themselves and help them get into conversations.
Both. The room includes brand-new investors, active flippers, landlords, wholesalers, lenders, contractors, rental property operators, and agents who invest. You do not need an active deal to attend. Come ready to meet people and talk honestly about what you are working on.
Meet investors at the FIRE Center every Wednesday
The Expo happens about four times a year, but the FIRE Center meets every Wednesday.
The weekly schedule includes Deal Room from 4 to 5 PM, Power Hour dinner and networking from 5 to 6 PM, and FOCUS education from 6 to 7 PM.
