Founded by Rich Rice in 2023, the Riverside community brings investors together to learn from people working in the same local market.
The FIRE Center meets every Wednesday at 1660 Chicago Ave STE M2, Riverside, with doors opening at 3:45 PM. The Deal Room runs from 4 to 5 PM, Power Hour dinner and networking from 5 to 6 PM, and FOCUS from 6 to 7 PM.
The FIRE Center is for people learning about real estate investing and active investors who want to keep learning alongside others in the Inland Empire. Its Wednesday gatherings in Riverside combine real estate education, deal discussions and time to get to know other investors.
