Rich Rice
Rich Rice founded the FIRE Center to help people get out of the rat race and build real financial independence through real estate, which starts with knowing your own FIRE number. He is a Southern California real estate operator and investor whose work spans flips, rentals, creative finance, and property management. Through the FIRE Center he shares what he has learned so others can build a practical, honest path to their number.
