About the Instructors:

Farrah Lane aka The Mobile Home Queen launched her real estate investing career by attending numerous seminars and conferences. With strategic planning, calculated risks, and innovative thinking, she quickly built a profitable property portfolio. Farrah now mentors aspiring investors, sharing her knowledge and experience. Known for her contagious energy, sense of humor, and commitment to helping others, she has made a lasting impact in the real estate world, ensuring a memorable and valuable experience for all who interact with her.

Andy Teasley is a "Serial Entrepreneur" with 40 years of experience in running small to medium-sized businesses and investing in real estate. Raised by a teacher and a CPA, he values sharing knowledge. As a "seminar junkie," he first took a real estate seminar in 1980 and now encourages new investors to join local REIAs instead of expensive guru systems. He has owned over 50 rental properties and publishes a free weekly newsletter, "The Weekly What If?," featuring calculator practice problems and vetted education. Andy has flipped numerous mobile homes and now focuses on "single space mobile home parks." He occasionally teaches classes on using the HP10bii financial calculator and flipping mobile homes. A California native, he lives near Palm Springs.

Adrian Smude started his real estate career in 2002 and attributes his success to his passion for lifelong learning and mentorship. By implementing what he learned, he built a successful business that aligns with his personality and lifestyle. Adrian invests in various real estate types but has specialized in mobile homes with land, creating a system that allows him to be geographically free. Passionate about teaching, he shares his experiences to inspire others to pursue their passions and take action to achieve their dreams.
